If the section does not work for you in the first seven days after activation, write to us, we work on the setup with you, and if we cannot solve it you get your money back. The conditions are in the refund policy.

No. The service is for streaming. Offline storage is not part of it.

Yes. Titles are added and removed by the feed, and we do not control that.
