Privacy policy
We collect as little as the order needs. What you send us in the chat or in the form is used to run your subscription and to answer you. Nothing else.
What we collect
| Situation | What we receive |
|---|---|
| You write on WhatsApp | your phone number, your messages and whatever you send with them |
| You use the contact form | your name, your email address, your message and your answer to "how did you find us" |
| You order | the details we need to activate the subscription |
The site runs without advertising cookies and without tracking scripts. It sets no cookie for analytics.
What we do with it
We use your details to activate the subscription, to help with the setup and to answer your messages. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to anyone for advertising.
Who else sees it
The services that run the site and the messages. Cloudflare hosts the site. Resend delivers the messages from the contact form to our inbox. WhatsApp carries the chat. Each of them processes the data it needs to deliver its part.
The translate button in the footer loads Google Translate only when you click it. Until then no Google script runs on the page. Once you click, Google receives the page text and may set its own cookies.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form and the chat are kept as long as we need them to answer you and to support a running subscription. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections and ask for deletion. Write to us on WhatsApp or with the form and we handle it.
