Peak hours
The moment a big match starts is the moment the most people watch at once. If a stream stutters then, it is usually the load on the route and not your device. A wired connection, a device close to the router and a lower quality setting help more than any app setting.

You have seven days from activation. If sport is the reason you ordered, watch a match in that window. If it does not work for you, write to us, we work on the setup with you, and if we cannot solve it you get your money back.
